10 amazing sites with breathtaking stock photos that will blow your mind

Nobody denies that having good, quality images is almost as important as the content. There are many times when creative professionals need a decent picture for their project or their content and sometimes finding websites with stock photos can be a bit tricky.

There are a growing number of websites offering amazing stock imagery, some of those are free and some are paid but totally worth paying for. Of course you can find some images in Google, but if you are a Web Designer, Social Media Marketer, Blogger, or own a business you know the importance of showing a really good design and quality images for your viewers and customers, since it is all about the image and your brand has to look its best at all times. 2. Pixabay. This site has thousands of photos that you can download for free. You can use freely any image from this website in digital and printed format for personal and commercial use. All pictures are published under Creative Commons public domain deed CC0.
3. Pexels. This is one of my favorites.They have over 10,000 free stock photos that are hand-picked to ensure high quality. They add 20 new images per day and you can like photos and save them for later. Attribution is not required.
4. Unsplash. This site provides 10 high resolution new photos every 10 days. Most of them are about breathtaking landscapes. No attribution is required since pictures are also published under Creative Commons public domain deed CC0.  
5. Death to the stock. They will deliver 10 photos within a specific category every month directly to your inbox. The goal of this website is to bring you options for you to use in your mockups, social media and blogs. They have their own license which you can read on their website.
6. Gratisography. This website has a really large collection of photos that are free of copyright restrictions. They have different categories like animals, nature, objects, people, urban and whimsical.  New pictures are added weekly, all taken by Ryan McGuire.
7. Shutterstock. This site is extremely popular and has images, videos, music and graphics with a lot of variety in each category. Prices are based on image usage, which means, the more images you download, the more discount you get.
8. Adobe Stock. This site has one of the largest libraries with more than 23 million pieces of media. Fotolia is also really easy to navigate. They have subscription and credit based memberships. Just take a look at it.
9. Freepik. This site has more than 1 million photos and free vectors, as well as videos, illustrations and PSDs you can use for your designs. This site produces hundreds of vectors and photos daily, s o it’s definitely worth taking a look at.
10. Depositphotos Trust me on this one. They have thousands of photos, vectors and videos and daily, monthly and on demand subscriptions. This site has an affordable pricing structure and an excellent selection of media. Audio files are not offered on this site if that’s what your looking for. Other than that they have tons of images to choose from.
