Shopify Setup FAQ
What’s your availability?
It’s our policy to work Monday through Thursday, 11am to 7pm CST. We reserve Fridays as development days to grow our business, while nights & weekends are reserved for our families. If you have an extremely urgent issue, we are available at a rush fee of $200/hour for work occurring outside standard hours. Support via whatsapp, email and chat is also subject to our office hours.
What’s your hourly rate?
We don’t have one. All of our projects are fixed price, fixed scope, and billed upfront. This ensures that you always know exactly what you’re paying and for what outcome. Our fixed-prices mean no blown budgets.
Do you offer refunds?
We stand behind our work. If your store doesn't include everything specified in your package, you can ask for a full refund for up to 30 days after delivery. For the Pro Plan, the cost of the theme will not be refunded under any circumstance. Deleting any work we have done for you will not qualify for a full refund. We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse so we encourage you to get in touch with us to answer all your questions before buying.
What's the process to hire you?
We collect 100% of payment upfront for all projects. Once we get your payment we'll send you a document with the information we need from you to get started. Don't worry, it's basic and easy information you need to share, such as address, phone, shipping costs, logo, images, etc. You will also need to send your products information. How much time do you take to deliver the store?
Delivery takes from 10 - 24 business days. For the Pro Plan the Facebook Ads Campaign does not count towards delivery times. Delivery starts counting after we have received all information from the client, correctly formatted, and not counting the Revisions (only for Advanced and Pro plans).

I need a personalized proposal. Can you do this?

Is it possible to pay in installments?
Only the Advanced and Professional plans can be paid in up to 2 or 3 installments. A fee of 5% will be added to the total cost if you choose 2 payments. A fee of 8% will be added to the total cost if you chose 3 payments. Please contact us so we can prepare the payment link for you.
How should I send my products information?
You can send your products to us in any format you want, we'll let you know what information we need for all products. We will upload up to 30 products - or 50 in the Pro Plan. We'll be very happy to upload more products for you at no extra cost if you provide a well formatted CSV file for Shopify. If your CSV file does not come in the correct format we can still upload the products to your store at an extra cost. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you create content or copywriting?
You know your audience and product better than we do, so we’ll ask that you supply the source content we’ll work with. Photos, illustrations, and copywriting. We’ll then punch that up and lay it out nicely in your Shopify store.
Do these packages apply for Dropshipping stores?
Yes. Same pricing applies, but for regular stores we can upload more than 30 products - or 50 for the Pro plan - if you provide a well formatted CSV file of products. This will not be done in a Dropshipping store. The maximum of products we will add is just 30 or 50 for the Pro Plan. Products will be synced from Aliexpress. You can always add more products to your store later on and we will teach you how to do it and how to process sales.
